Sivi is a new service that answers questions, does research, and digs up useful information for you so you don't have to. All of the work is done by real people in real time, so you get responses back quickly after submitting your question. All you have to have is a problem and the cash to pay to have it solved for you.
Sivi isn't free: the service will cost you $5 per question, much like previously mentioned Fiverr.com, only just for informational requests. Where you can ask people to do specific jobs at Fiverr, Sivi can look up and cross reference information for you, like "When in the next three weeks is the cheapest time to book a flight from Washington DC to San Franscisco, preferably in an exit row?" If you prefer, you can cut out the research and just tell Sivi to book the flight for you, and wait for the confirmation to hit your inbox. Detailed requests that you'd rather not (or are too busy to) dig into are the service's forte.
The service is available now, and live concierges staff Sivi 24/7. To sign up and give it a try you'll need to submit a credit card number up front just to get your account rolling. It'd be nice if there were an option to submit a card after your first question or submit payment details as you go. The developers behind the app also note that while you can submit jobs through the site or via SMS right now, an Android app is on the way.
