Last week we posted how you can seal a bagel bag with just the bag. While a pretty clever tip, it's limited to just bagels. Reader Chris Shade wrote in with a better solution that'll work with bread bags and pretty much anything else.
All you have to do is twist the neck of the bag around like you normally would before binding it, but then pull the excess plastic at the top of the bag down and around the filled part. This holds the seal in place and you don't need any bindings. To see this in action, check out Chris' video above.
